SJMS Library Gift Book Program!

Please consider donating to our Library Gift Book Program! With your $25 tax deduction to SJMS, we will purchase brand new books for the library (the average book price of library-bound books is $27.50 plus shipping and handling fees). In the spring, each student whose family donated a new book in his or her honor will be given the opportunity to check out that book first and have a nameplate put in the book with his or her name and special message.

Renaissance Learning’s Home Link

• If you would like to keep track of the books your child has read and which AR quizzes he or she has taken, follow these steps to access Renaissance Learning at home. (Please note that only 6th grade uses AR).
• Click here for Renaissance Learning’s Home Link
• A login screen will pop up. Enter your child’s user name and password.
• Click on “View My Bookshelf” at the bottom of the column at the right of the home page. All of the books your child has read and taken quizzes on will be shown on the expanded bookshelf.
• If you would like to receive email alerts from Renaissance Learning when your child takes an AR quiz, click on the “Email Setup” link at the top of your child’s home page.
• You may receive alerts in either English or Spanish for every quiz your child takes.
• Puede recibir alertas en Inglés o Español para cada prueba sus hijo toma.
• You will receive a confirmation email from Renaissance Learning instructing you to accept their invitation in order to start receiving quiz reports for your child.
• Please note that students may only take AR quizzes at school – not at home. Taking quizzes at home is a violation of our site agreement with Renaissance Learning.
